Smaller orders are paid in full upfront; larger orders are split 50 / 50. Orders under $100 are paid 100% upfront before work begins. Orders of $100 or more use a 50 / 50 split — 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% once you approve the final low-res / watermarked preview. Final files are delivered only after the full balance has been paid. The payment method is agreed once the commission scope is confirmed. Please message me before paying — do not pre-pay from a public listing without contacting me first.

Client sends request → scope reviewed → price and rights confirmed → payment link sent → work starts after upfront payment → WIP previews at agreed stages → included revisions → final low-res / watermarked preview approved → final payment (50/50 orders) → final files delivered. A slot is not reserved until payment is received.

Personal use covers: avatar / profile picture, personal social media posts, personal OC gallery, private print for yourself or as a gift, non-commercial character art. Personal use does NOT cover: merch, paid games or apps, advertising, brand mascot use, paid Patreon / Boosty / FANBOX content, VTuber or channel branding, resale of files, use in commercial products.

Commercial license is quoted based on: usage type, duration, territory, platform, exclusivity, whether resale or merch is involved, whether source or model files are required. Commercial rights are not included in personal commission pricing.

Up to 3 revision rounds per stage (blocking / sculpt, preview, final). Small material or color adjustments before final render. Major redesigns after approval = paid extra. Changing the character concept after work has started = new commission or additional fee. Revisions after final delivery are not guaranteed and may be billed separately.

Before work starts: partial or full refund possible, minus platform / payment fees. After blocking / sculpt has started: partial refund only. After major progress or approved preview: no full refund. After final preview approval: no refund. After final file delivery: no refund. If the artist cancels due to inability to complete, unused payment may be refunded.

Default delivery: high-res PNG / JPG renders; turntable video if included; STL / OBJ for print-file packages. Not included unless explicitly agreed: source files, ZBrush / Maya / Substance project files, rig files, commercial license, copyright transfer.

Final delivered files (renders / STL) are kept for 6 months after delivery. Within this window I re-send them for free if you lose them — this does not require a slot. Source / project files (ZBrush, Maya, Substance, rig, groom) are not stored or guaranteed and may be deleted after completion unless a source-files package was purchased. After 6 months, storage is not guaranteed and files may be deleted.

Coming back for an extra render, pose, package or add-on on an already-finished character is treated as a new order for that item at its normal price, plus a project-reopen fee that depends on how much time has passed — small within 6 months, higher later. If the source files are already gone, it may be quoted as a partial new commission. Returning orders go through the normal waitlist; only simple re-delivery of existing files within the storage window is free and does not require a slot.

You are responsible for keeping your own backup of the final files I deliver. Please download and store them safely on delivery.

File storage is provided on a best-effort basis and is never a 100% guarantee. I am not liable for loss, corruption or unavailability of files caused by events outside my reasonable control, including hardware or drive failure, data corruption, theft, loss, fire, flood, power or internet outage, cloud / provider failure, hacking, or natural disaster. In such cases I am not obligated to recreate the work for free; I may, at my discretion, offer to redo it as a new or discounted order.

Serious unforeseen circumstances — illness, injury, emergency, family or personal crisis, equipment failure, extended outage or disaster — may pause work and shift deadlines without being a breach of these terms. If I become genuinely unable to complete a commission, any unused portion of the payment may be refunded per the Refund section.

After blocking or concept approval, large changes are billed extra. Changing character design, pose, outfit, body type, expression set or project type after approval may require additional payment or a new commission.

If the client delays feedback, the deadline may shift. No response for 14 days — the commission may be paused. No response for 30 days — the commission may be archived. Restarting an archived commission may require a new slot or extra fee.

The client must provide clear references and must have permission to use the character or design they submit. I am not responsible for disputes caused by stolen, unauthorized or misleading references provided by the client.

By default I may post finished work, WIPs, crops, breakdowns, timelapses and portfolio images. Private or delayed publication must be requested before payment and may cost extra.

Authorship and ownership of the artwork or model stays with me. The client receives a license based on the commission type. Full rights transfer requires a separate written agreement and higher pricing.

The client may not use my work, models, renders, process files or delivered files for AI training, datasets, model scraping, NFT minting, blockchain products or resale systems unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Adult commissions are by request only for 18+ clients. I do not accept underage or young-looking characters in adult contexts, illegal content, non-consensual or exploitative content, hateful or extremist material, or anything against platform rules. I reserve the right to decline any adult request.

A waitlist entry is not a confirmed slot. A slot is confirmed only after scope approval and payment. Paid slots take priority over unpaid inquiries. If the client disappears before payment, the slot may be skipped. If the client disappears during work, the project may be paused.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

Prices are occasionally reduced during a sale, and the current discount is shown in the price calculator. After a completed order I may send a promo code toward your next commission. A promo code applies to one order and can be used alongside an active sale - the sale is applied first, then the code. Leaving an honest review after a completed order may also earn you a promo code and a good discount toward a future commission. Sales and promo codes may change or end at any time.
